December 26, Thailand was one of the Asian countries struck by Tsunami that spread as far as 1,600 kilometers from the epicenter of the 9.0 magnitude quake. The tsunami left thousands injured, thousands missing and hundreds of thousands homeless in Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka and Thailand.
